2018-19: 2018-19 Indoor - Enjoyed her best performance of the season at the Al Hall Freedom games, taking 14th in the Weight Throw with a toss of 8.62m and 17th in the Shot Put with a mark of 7.76m (1/26)... posted her Shot Put performance of hte season at the Dragon Grand Prix, sending the implement 8.48m (2/9). 2019 Outdoor - PR'ed in the Javelin on her first toss of the season, taking ninth at the Fred Hardy Invitational with a throw of 32.37m (3/29-30)... placed eighth in the Javelin at the Walsh Invitational with a toss of 30.33m (4/12-13)... PR'ed in the Hammer Toss at the same meet, recording a mark of 24.81m (4/12-13)... took sixth in the Javelin with a 31.63m at the Geneva Invite (4/17)... placed ninth in the Shot Put with a 8.21m, and seventh in the Javelin with a 32.01m, at the SRU Last Chance (5/3).

2017-18: 2017-18 Indoor - Made her collegiate debut at the Youngstown State Icebreaker in the Weight Throw (12/1)... PR'ed in the Shot Put in the next meet, throwing the implement 8.60m (1/19)... PR'ed in the Weight Throw with a toss of 9.06m at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (2/2-3). 2018 Outdoor - Placed 10th in the Javelin at the Westminster Invitational with a throw of 31.75m (4/14).

High School: Two-sport athlete that lettered three times in track & field and once in volleyball... helped Seneca to a 2014 Track & Field regional championship... graduated summa cum laude and on the high honor roll.

Personal: Double-major pursuing degrees in both Finance and Marketing... member of SAAC, the Clarion Consulting Association and the Honors Program... daughter of Dennis and Janine Tech... has a brother Dennis II and a sister Danielle.
