2021-22: 2021 Cross Country - Made her collegiate cross country debut at the Go Fast River Run (10/30). 2021-22 Indoor - Part of the eighth-place finishing 4x400 Relay Team at the YSU College Indoor Invitational (1/21)... hit PRs in the 55m and the 55H at the Mid-Feb, with her 7.67 in the former cracking the program's all-time performance list... recorded a PR in the 60m with a time of 8.28 at the Edinboro Invitational (2/18)... competed at the PSAC Indoor Championships, helping the DMR team to a ninth-place finish (2/26-27). 2022 Outdoor - Placed fifth in the 100H at the Tomcat Invitational with a time of 18.51, and helped the 4x100 Relay team to a third-place finish (4/16)... set a PR in the 200m at the Benson-Hodge Memorial Invitational with a time of 27.50, good enough for second (4/22)... also placed fifth in the 100H with a time of 16.79 at that event (4/22)... competed with the 4x100 Relay team at the PSAC Outdoor Championships, helping them to a 12th place finish (5/12-14). 

2021 Outdoor: Made her outdoor debut at the IUP Invitational (4/11)... took seventh in the 100H at the SRU Invitational (4/22)... PR'ed in the 400H at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a time of 1:13.83 (4/24)... followed that up with a PR in the 100H with a 16.68 at the Mountain Cat Last Chance (5/1)... part of the 4x100m Relay Team that took ninth at the PSAC Outdoor Championships (5/6-8/21).

2019-20: 2019-20 Indoor - Made her collegiate debut at the YSU Icebreaker (12/6)... broke out at the Al Hall Freedom Games with a PR in the 200m, finishing in a career-best 28.47 (1/25)... posted a PR in the 400 with a 1:06.41 at the YSU Mid-Major Invite (1/31 - 2/1)... part of a strong effort in the 4x400 Relay at that meet as well, helping them to a fifth-place finish (1/31 - 2/1)... PR'ed in the 60H with a 9.97 at the Edinboro Last Chance (2/21)... competed with the 4x400m Relay team at PSAC Championships (2/29 - 3/1).

High School: Two-sport athlete that lettered in track & field and basketball... helped the track & field team at Lower Burrell to a 2017 WPIAL AA championship... part of the basketball team's 2017 section championship... 2019 WPIAL champion in the 100H, and second-place finisher in the 300H... three-time state qualifier in the 300H, placing fifth in the PIAA in 2019... two-time state qualifier in the 100H... broke a pair of 30-year-old school records in the 100H and the 300H... County All-Star... received the Ciferno Scholarship for Early Education... graduated with honors... First Team All-Conference selection in basketball that was also named a Western PA Roundball Class All-Star.

Personal: Early Childhood Education major that is also studying Special Education... daughter of Joe and Cindy Sharrow... father Joe is a Clarion graduate... has a brother, Nathaniel.
