2019-20: 2019 Cross Country - Recorded her best placement of the season with a 36th-place finish at the St. Vincent Invitational, finishing the 5K in 22:18 (9/14)... PR'ed in 5K races with a 20:58.3 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational (10/12)... competed in her last ever PSAC Championship, taking 74th with a time of 24:54.8 (10/25)... recorded the best 6K time of her career in her last career race, finishing in 23:45.4 at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals (11/9).
2019-20 Indoor - Ran with the 4x800m Relay team at PSAC Championships, helping them to a 10th-place finish (2/29 - 3/1)
2018-19: 2018 Cross Country - Opened the season with a 19th-place finish at the Bethany Invitational (9/8)... recorded her best 6K time of the season at the LHU Invitational, a 24:11.9 (9/22)... helped the team to a stunning third-place finish in the White race at the Paul Short Open (9/29)... finished in 26:50.9 at the PSAC Championship (11/3).
2019 Outdoor - opened the season with a seventh-place finish in the 3000m Steeplechase, as well as a second-place finish in the 4x800m, at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/29-30)... PR'ed in the 1500m with a 5:13.72 at the Dave Labor Invitational (4/6)... placed seventh in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Walsh Invitational (4/12-13)... took fourth in the 800m at the Geneva Invite with a time of 2:21.92 (4/17)... PR'ed in the 3000m Steeplechase at the State Farm Friends of Track and Field Mountaineer Showcase, recording a time of 11:59.87 (4/26-27)... part of a 4x400m Relay Team that finished seventh at PSAC Championships (5/9-11).
2017-18: 2017 Cross Country - Recorded the best 5K time of her career at the Washington & Jefferson Meet, placing 14th with a time of 21:03.5 (9/29)... followed that up with a 26:15.1 on the 3.72M course at the PSAC Championships (10/21)... placed 10th at the Go Fast River Run with a time of 24:08.4 in the 6K (10/28).
2018 Outdoor - Won the 800m at the Westminster Invitational with the fastest time of her career, breaking the tape at 2:19.65 (4/14)... placed fifth in the 400m at the SRU Open with a time of 1:03.20 (4/19)... helped the 4x400m Relay team to a third-place finish at the Paul Kaiser Classic (4/28)... took 12th in the 800m at the PSAC Championships (5/3-5).
2016-17: 2016 Cross Country - Made her collegiate debut at the Salisbury Fall Classic (9/3)... competed in her first career PSAC Championship, finishing with a season-best time of 25:25.0 (10/22).
2016-17 Indoor - Ran in the DMR at the PSAC Championships, helping the team to a 12th-place finish at 14:24.99 (2/25-26).
2017 Outdoor - Made her outdoor debut at the Cal U Early Bird, finishing 10th in the 800m (3/25)... placed seventh in the 800m at the PSAC West Challenge with a time of 2:25.19 (4/8)... won the 800m at the Geneva Invitational with a time of 2:21.51, and helped hte 4x400m Relay to a third-place finish (4/12)... won the 800m for the second meet in a row, notching a 2:21.95 at the SRU Open (4/20)... helped the 4x400m Relay Team to a win at the same meet, with a time of 3:58.09 (4/20... PR'ed in the 400m at the Paul Kaiser Classic with a 59.86 (4/29)... part of two scoring relays at the PSAC Championships, including a fifth-place finish in the 4x800m and a sixth-place finish in the 4x400m (5/4-6)... that 4x800m Relay team crossed the line in 3:58.15, the third-fastest time in program history.
