2023-24
  • Wrestled in six dual meets at heavyweight finishing with a 4-2 record
  • Finished 3-0 at Clarion's tri-meet on 1/21 to help the Golden Eagles go undefeated on the day. 
2022-23
  • Compiled a 9-15 record as a first year starter at heavyweight.
  • Finished with a 4-9 record in dual matches.
  • Compiled a three dual match win streak from 1/14-1/20 including a decision over VMI's Josh Evans 7-3. 
  • At the Clarion Open (11/6) finished the tournament 4-2, including a win over Navy's Jamier Ferere.  
2021-22: Posted an 11-6 record as the backup at heavyweight... finished the year with a 4-2 record in dual matches... got his first career dual win against Chattanooga, beating Grayson Walthall (11/13)... helped the Golden Eagles top Ohio in a dual with a 4-2 decision over Jordan Earnest (12/3).

2020-21: Posted a 4-5 record on the season... made his collegiate debut against Navy (1/9)... picked up his first career win against SIU-Edwardsville's Aric Bohn (1/23)... pinned Messiah's Hayden Benner (2/12).

High School: West Virginia state champion at heavyweight in 2020... four-year letterwinner in football and wrestling... All-MSAC selection... two-time all-state and All-Kanawha Valley selection in football... all-state academic pick in wrestling and football... holds his high school team's all-time records in wins and pins.

Personal: Full name is Austin Edwin Chapman... son of Lisa Chapman... Exercise Physiology major.
