Clarion Athletics

Rich Herron, a Clarion alumnus and longtime local athletic trainer, accepted the position of Assistant Athletic Trainer in August 2019.
 
Herron graduated from Clarion and California University of Pennsylvania in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training.  He went on to earn his Master’s in Rehabilitative Science from California while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Clarion from 2014-15. 
 
Before returning to Clarion, Herron worked at Clarion Area High School through an outreach program with Clarion Rehab Services, from 2015-19.  A native of Greenville, Pa., he resides in Clarion with his wife Jennifer.
