Clarion Athletics

Tierra Shope, a 2018 Clarion graduate and former Golden Eagle student-athlete, accepted a position as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in Fall 2019.

Shope worked as an athletic trainer at Penn State - DuBois from 2018-19 after completing her Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training from Clarion and California University of Pennsylvania.  She has also worked as an EMT for Rescue Hose & Ladder Co. in her native Curwensville since 2016.  Shope is a 2014 graduate of Curwensville High School.

While an undergraduate, Shope was a member of the Golden Eagle softball team from 2015-16.  She is currently working on her Master's of Science in Exercise Science from Cal U.
