CLARION, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle football team formally welcomed the newest members of the program today, as Clarion announced their latest additions as part of National Signing Day. The team added 27 incoming freshmen for Fall 2024, as well as seven mid-year transfers and enrollees already at the university and working with the program.
 
"It's always exciting to be able to bring in next group of Golden Eagles, and we're looking forward to welcoming them here and giving them the chance to help grow and improve our program" said head coach Raymond Monica. "I'd like to thank our coaching staff, especially our recruiting coordinator Vinnie Rizzo, in their hard work and efforts in assembling what we think is a talented group with a good future."
 
"Recruiting college athletes is a process where a lot of people play a part, and so I have to thank our entire athletic administration and coaches, our faculty and staff here at the university, and the entire Clarion community," Monica said. "You helped make these recruits feel welcome and showed them what Clarion is about, and we know they're excited to come here as well."
