Box Score CLARION, Pa.- It was a great start to the Inaugural Tony Banner Volleyball Invitational for the Clarion University women's volleyball team who defeated Shepherd in a 3-1 decision (25-15, 13-25, 25-14, 25-10).

Rebecca Webb had a team high 15 kills, and Emily Stewart added 12 of her own with 6 digs. Rebecca Ferragonio led the team with 23 digs, while Jocelyn Uchic and Laura Subject chipped in eight digs a piece.

Clarion will face American International in their second match at the Tony Banner Invitational at 7:30 p.m.
