Clarion, Pa. – The Golden Eagles stayed undefeated by defeating Seton Hill in three sets this evening in Tippin Gymnasium.
The scores were 25-22, 25-23, and 25-22 respectively.
Laura Subject lead the Golden Eagles with 53 set assists and seven digs. Also for the Golden Eagles
Taylor Braunagel lead the team with 16 kills.
"Taylor played very well, when Seton Hill forced us to set outside she really stepped up." Said head coach
Jennifer Mills.
Also contributing for Clarion was Carly Biernaowski who had 15 kills and five digs,
Mackenzie Biggs who had 12 kills and one set assist, and
Gabrielle Olson who had seven kills.
Morgan Seybold led Clarion with 19 digs and
Catherine Ferragonio added 10 digs.
Seton Hill was led by Shelby Kyllo with 14 kills, Courtney Field with 26 set assists and five digs, and Lauren Teed who had 14 digs.
The Golden Eagles return to action Saturday at 1:00 against California (Pa.).
