Marissa Robertson had 17 kills,
Kaley Pittsley had 32 assists and
Morgan Seybold 19 digs but the Golden Eagles lost a 3-1 decision to Seton Hill in a PSAC-West matchup at McKenna Center on Saturday afternoon.
Clarion dropped to 10-10 overall and 6-3 in the PSAC-West, while Seton Hill raised its record to 16-5 overall and 6-2 in the West with the win. Seton Hill opened with two winning sets on scores of 25-14 and 25-20, Clarion won the third set 25-19, but SH closed out the match with a 26-15 in in set four.
Clarion was led by
Marissa Robertson with 17 kills and 7 digs, while
Taylor Braunagel had 14 kills.
Kaley Pittsley had 32 assists and 8 digs, with
Morgan Seybold getting 19 digs.
Gabrielle Olson contributed 6 blocks.
Clarion will next be in action at the PSAC Crossover at UPJ on Friday and Lock Haven on Saturday.
