CLARION, Pa. – The Clarion University men's basketball team will honor its lone senior,
Tyrone McFadden, when it hosts Slippery Rock at 3 p.m. Sunday on Senior Day at Tippin Gym.
McFadden will be honored prior to the game with The Rock, which can be heard locally on 91.7 FM and on the internet

A three-year player for the Golden Eagles, McFadden has 105 career points to go with 67 rebounds and 23 assists. On the year, he is averaging 2.8 points and 2.0 rebounds per game to go with 13 assists and seven steals.
Clarion (9-15, 6-14 PSAC West) enters the game looking for its 10
th win of the year. The Golden Eagles are led by
BJ Andrews, who is 20
th in the PSAC in scoring at 13.7 ppg while averaging 16.7 ppg in the second half of the season.
Darius Stevens adds 12.8 ppg and
Kyheim Hall, coming off a 20-point effort Wednesday, chips in with 12.5 ppg.
The Golden Eagles rank second in the PSAC and fifth in NCAA Division II in steals per game with 11.46.
Slippery Rock is paced by Antonio Butler, the fifth-leading scorer in the PSAC at 16.1 ppg. Kelvin Goodwin adds 12.7 ppg, and Frank Holloway 10.6
The game closes out Clarion's home regular season, the Golden Eagles are 6-6 at Tippin Gym, and the season concludes Wednesday at IUP.
