CLARION, Pa. – After a rare weekend off, the Clarion University men's basketball team returns to action at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday when it hosts Seton Hill.

The Golden Eagles (7-11 overall, 5-10 PSAC West) are coming off an 82-77 win over Pitt-Johnstown last Wednesday at Tippin Gym, while Seton Hill lost 72-54 at IUP Saturday.
Clarion currently sits 2 ½ games out - two in the loss column – of the final PSAC playoff berth awarded to the PSAC West with seven conference games left. Seton Hill is a ½ game back of the Golden Eagles.
This is the second game of the year between the teams, Seton Hill won the game in Greensburg Jan. 10, 79-57, as Clarion shot a season-low 28.2 percent from the field.
Aaron Johnson had a team-high 16 points and eight rebounds in that contest for the Golden Eagles, while Kameron Taylor led Seton Hill with 20 points and nine rebounds, and Spencer Cason had 18 points, 13 rebounds and eight blocked shots.
Clarion is led by juniors
Kyheim Hall and
Darius Stevens, as well as sophomore
BJ Andrews with all three players averaging in double digits.
Hall leads Clarion in scoring (12.6 ppg), rebounding (6.2 rpg) and steals (2.7 spg) and ranks second in the PSAC in takeaways.
Stevens chips in 12.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per contest, while Andrews brings 11.2 points per game.
David Windsor leads Seton Hill averaging 15.4 points per game, while Taylor adds 13.5 and Noah Davis 12.1.
