                (Lock Haven, Pa.): Clarion's Hunter Jones (So. New Rochelle, N.Y.) at 125 and Michael Pavasko (Jr. Munhall/Steel Valley) at 174 won their matches, but Lock Haven won eight bouts and the Golden Eagles were defeated tonight at Lock Haven by a final score of 34-6 at Thomas Field House.
 
                Clarion drops to 1-13 overall and 1-5 in the EWL, while Lock Haven raised its season record to 5-10 overall and 2-1 in the EWL.
 
                The Golden Eagles started the night with a 3-0 lead after Hunter Jones outlasted Jake Field 13-11 at 125-pounds. Trailing 6-3 in the second period, Jones fought back with a takedown and two-point near fall to lead 7-6 entering the third. A two-point near fall and a takedown put him ahead 12-9 and Jones held on for a 13-11 win.
 
                Lock Haven then went on a five-bout winning streak, led by Ron Perry's technical fall over Matt Liggett at 133 and Aaron McKinney's fall over the Eagles Slade Horner at 165. Clarion's Evan DeLong wrestled and quality bout against Elias Biddle at 157. The bout was scoreless in the midway through the third when Biddle posted an escape – and with riding time defeated DeLong 2-0.
 
                Clarion's final win came at 174 when Michael Pavasko edged Tyler Wood 2-0. Pavasko posted a takedown midway through the first period, and the Golden Eagles rode that takedown to a 2-0 win.
 
                Clarion will be back in action on Friday when the Golden Eagles host West Virginia at 6pm.
