CLARION SOCCER LOSES 2-0 TO ESU

CLARION WOMEN'S SOCCER LOSES 2-0 TO EAST STROUDSBURG

                (CLARION, PA.): After a scoreless first half, East Stroudsburg scored two, second-half goals to edge Clarion 2-0 in PSAC women's soccer action on Saturday afternoon.
 
                Held at Clarion's Memorial Stadium, Clarion dropped to 2-5-1 overall and in the PSAC, while ESU raised its record to 5-2 overall and in the PSAC.
 
                Clarion had sets shots in the game including two each from Marina Kelly and Anna Chamberlin, while freshman goalkeeper Krista Mosi had 13 saves, including 8 in the second half.
 
                The Golden Eagles host Ashland on Tuesday, September 29th in a non-conference tilt.
