BLOOMSBURG, Pa –
Kyheim Hall had a big day with a game-high 31 points to go along with 11 rebounds, but Clarion fell 83-80 on the road to Bloomsburg on Saturday.
A bucket by senior
Cameron Grumley made it 81-80 Bloomsburg with just 38 seconds to go. The Huskies would knock down a pair of free throws and Grumley's three point attempt as time expired was no good.
Clarion falls to 2-8 on the season and 0-5 in the PSAC while Bloomsburg improves their overall record to 5-4 and 1-4 in the PSAC.
Hall led all scorers with 31 points on the day, knocking down 10 of 13 field goal attempts, and collecting 11 rebounds in 35 minutes of work. Grumley had 18 points on the day while
Zavyer Craft chipped in 12 points and 7 rebounds. Freshman
Mason Mraz knocked down 3 of 6 three point attempts and finished the game with 11 points.
As a team the Golden Eagles shot well on the day going 43% from the field including 10 of 24 from three point range. They also knocked down 16 of 18 attempts from the free throw line.
Clarion will be off until December 18
th when they host Penn State Dubois for a 7pm contest.
