CLARION, Pa. – The Clarion men's basketball team fell at home 86-78 to Edinboro University on Saturday afternoon.

Prior to the game Clarion recognized its lone senior, Cameron Grumley, playing in his final game at home, and also the final home game in Tippin Gymnasium.

Clarion led by as many as 11 points in the second half, but Edinboro would use a furious 21-8 run to regain the lead with just under ten minutes to play.

The Golden Eagles trailed by just two points at 67-65 with about five minutes left to play, but they would get no closer and the Fighting Scots held on for the victory.

Grumley led the charge for Clarion with 29 points on 10 of 21 shooting, while playing all 40 minutes in the game. Brandon Williams had a solid game for Clarion, netting 16 points while freshman Maqi Watson recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
