KUTZTOWN, Pa. -- The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) announced today that Golden Eagle women's golf Sylvia Stibley is the 2022 PSAC Women's Golf Champion Scholar. The PSAC Champion Scholar Awards are modeled after the NCAA's Elite 90 award, and are given annually to the student-athlete with the highest GPA at all of the league's 23 championship finals sites.

Stibley entered this year's conference championships with a perfect 4.00 GPA with 51 credits completed. She is the second Golden Eagle student-athlete to earn Champion Scholar status this year, with Haley Schaller winning the award at the indoor track & field championships in February. Stibley is the first-ever Golden Eagle women's golfer to win the award.
