DANVILLE, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles women's golf team authored a strong showing as a team and featured one top-10 finisher on Thursday, as Clarion took fourth out of 10 teams at the Husky Invitational hosted by Bloomsburg at Frosty Valley Country Club. The team posted a cumulative score of 363, just nine strokes off third place Kutztown and well ahead of fifth place Shepherd (351).

McKayla Kerle was one of the top performers in the field, taking seventh overall with a score of 84. She carded three birdies in her round, with two coming on par fives (holes No. 4 and 13) and the other coming on the par three No. 7 hole.
Kennady Norton tied for 15
th in the field with a score of 92, putting her at second on the team, while
Hannah Smith came in just one stroke behind her with a score of 93. Smith logged a birdie in her round, making a two on the par three No. 4 hole.

Amber Roth rounded out the scoring for Clarion by finishing just one stroke shy of Smith, tying for 20
th in the field with a 94. Roth made birdie on No. 18, carding a three on the par four hole.
Rylee Thompson filled out the team entry with a score of 104.
