CLARION NETTERS LOSE 9-0 TO IUP

(Clarion, Pa.): Clarion's women's tennis team hosted IUP on Friday at the Campbell Courts and the Golden Eagles were defeated by a 9-0 score.

Clarion finishes its PSAC-West season with an 0-4 mark and has an overall record of 3-14, while IUP is now 17-5 overall and 2-2 in the West. The Golden Eagles will host Geneva on Saturday at 2 p.m.

In singles play Jaclyn Metzger lost 6-0, 6-0 to Katie Eaton at #1, Brittany Buchheit lost 6-0, 6-0 to Tabip Louhabanjong at #2, Lauren Eonta lost 6-0, 6-1 to Emilia Osborne at #3, Claire Kerstetter lost 6-0, 6-0 to Ranvita Mahto at #4, Tawnya Waggle lost 6-0, 6-0 to Alex Ballard at #5 and Stephanie Harrison lost 6-0, 6-0 to Miller Barmasse at #6.

Clarion also lost all three doubles matches by 8-0 scores.
