HERSHEY, Pa. – The Clarion women's golf team wrapped action at the 2019 PSAC Championships on Sunday, with the Golden Eagles finishing the weekend in ninth place. Clarion shot a team score of 402 on Sunday, just one stroke behind their previous round's score.
Morgan VanLeer finished the weekend with a 92 on Sunday, carding a three-day score of 88-90-92 for a final score of 270. That tied her for 23
rd in the field.
Christan Bowshier had by far her best day of the weekend, slicing nine strokes off her Saturday score with a 93 on Sunday. She finished 37
th in the field with a score of 293.
Mackenzie Cassidy was third on the team with a 104 on Sunday and took 40
th overall, while
Julia Fischer rounded out the scoring with a 104 on Sunday.
Emily DeMartino took 44
th.
