SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Clarion men's swimming team battled all night, but fell on the road Friday night, 112-90. The Golden Eagles will be back in action on November 9
th, when they head to Bloomsburg for a dual meet, while the divers will head to Westminster tomorrow.

The Golden Eagles picked up a win in the 200 Medley Relay with the group of
Corey Mock,
Josh Thruston,
Connor Cary and
Jacob Yant touching the wall with a time of 4:00.00. The next event Clarion would grab a victory in would be the 200 Fly, as Cary raced to a 1:59.12 finish.Â
Josh Thruston would be the next Clarion swimmer to claim a win on the night, taking the title in the 200 Breaststroke with a time of 2:16.08 and nine team points.Â
Ty Rabenstein grabbed a second-place finish in the 1000 Free touching the wall with a final mark of 10:15.65, while Yant finished second in the 50 Free with a mark of 22.39. Thruston and Yant would go on to go 3-4 in the 100 Free picking up five team points for the Blue and Gold.

The 200 Free Relay team of
Tate Swanson, Nate Luey,
Hayden Harmon and
Paul Flowers finished the night with a victory pacing the field with a 1:32.79 finish.
