EDINBORO, Pa. --- The Golden Eagle tennis team concluded their 2023-24 season on Saturday afternoon, falling by a 7-0 score to Edinboro in their final PSAC West dual of the season.

Clarion played to a competitive finish in the No. 3 doubles match, with the pairing of
Taelyn Thomas and
Stephanie Juarez Murguia taking two games from the pairing of Marina Zottele and Ana Nadai. The Fighting Scots ultimately prevailed in that match, though, taking it by a 6-2 score. Edinboro won the other two doubles matches by 6-0 scores, clinching the doubles point and taking a lead in the team match.

Davan Lion was solid in the No. 1 singles match against Johanna Priedite, taking a number of games but losing by a 6-1, 6-2 score.
Charlie Allison took a game from Rafaella de Almeida, losing 6-0, 6-1 in the No. 3 singles match, and
Polia Vladeva dropped a 6-1, 6-0 decision to Lara Sener in the No. 4 singles match. Edinboro won the remaining three matches in straight sets for the 7-0 win.
