ERIE, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles' women's swimming & diving team edged out Gannon in a PSAC dual on Friday night, with Clarion beating the Golden Knights 151-143.

Clarion's effort was highlighted by
Joslyn Jurski, who delivered two event wins to provide a high point in the pool. Jurski authored a commanding performance in the 1000 Free, winning the race with a time of 10:53.81 to top Gannon's Bella Kling by nearly 30 seconds. The 2024 NCAA qualifier also took the title in the 500 Freestyle, clocking in at 5:18.41 to claim victory. That time was good enough to best Elisa Armentia Moliner by more than 15 seconds.

Elli Knausz excelled in the 200 Yard Freestyle, finishing first with a time of 1:58.17. Additionally, she placed second in the 100 Yard Breaststroke with a 1:09.35 and contributed to the relay team with a second-place finish in the 200 Yard Medley Relay.

Madelynn McTeer had a solid outing, placing second in the 100 Yard Freestyle. She also anchored her team to victory in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay, helping them complete the event in 1:38.55.
Amanda Fetsko,
Joslyn Jurski and Raely Fajohn were the first three legs of the race, with McTeer swimming the fastest split with a time of 24.14.

Rounding out the winners on Friday was
Sarah Grimenstein. She won the 400 IM with a tiem of 4:45.49, nearly a full second ahead of Gannon's Maria Valcheva.

In the diving events, Madin Schebler won the 3-meter Dive with a score of 224.11, followed by
Reese Norton (207.38) and
Samantha Wolfe (172.28).
Mya Lee won the 1-meter Dive with a mark of 227.40, followed by Norton (214.36) and Schebler (178.43).
