SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles tennis team dropped a road decision to Slippery Rock on Tuesday, falling 7-0 to The Rock at the SRU Tennis Courts.

It was a difficult match for the Golden Eagles, as The Rock controlled the action for most of the afternoon. Things started out in the doubles session, with Slippery Rock winning all three matches.
Taelyn Thomas and Emily McMahan took a game from the No. 3 doubles pairing of Marika Kempinski and Dari Sakhanova, but ultimately fell by a 6-1 score.

The Rock continued to control the singles session, with Thomas taking the only game of the dual in the No. 6 singles match. She fell 6-1, 6-0 to Marika Kempinski in the No. 6 singles match.

Clarion will be back in action on April 11 against East Stroudsburg, at Campbell Courts.
