CLARION, Pa. --- The Golden Eagles team wrapped up their 2024-25 season and bid farewell to seniors
Josie Beckerleg and Stephanie Juarez on Saturday, taking on Edinboro in a dual at Campbell Courts. Clarion lost 7-0 to the Fighting Scots in the season finale.

Edinboro took all three matches in the doubles session, claiming the first point of the match in the process. Luciana Ponce and Lara Sener beat
Emily McMahan and
Taelyn Thomas in the No. 3 doubles match 6-0, and the duo of Rafaella de Almeida and Maria Clara Salomao won at No. 2 doubles over
Polia Vladeva and Beckerleg to clinch the session.

Sofia Benito kicked off the singles session with a straight sets win, topping Beckerleg to make it a 2-0 match, and Ponce came out on top of Juarez in the No. 2 singles match 6-1, 6-0 to make it 3-0. Sener clinched the match with a win at No. 4 singles, winning 6-1, 6-0.
Davan Lion played a competitive match at No. 1 singles, falling 6-1, 6-2 to Cecilia Carayol in what was the last match on the courts.
