GREENSBURG – Alysha Alaimo scored early in the 75
th minute to lead Seton Hill to a 1-0 win over visiting Clarion Sunday afternoon in non-conference women's soccer action.
“We had another useful passing display but continue to lack any kind of scoring threat,” Clarion head coach Rob Eaton said.
The Golden Eagles (3-7-1) did have six shots on goal including two by
Autumn Rosenberg, but Seton Hill goal keeper Bethany Winter made six saves in recording the shutout for the Griffins (5-5).

Laura Saussol faced four shots allowing just the one goal.
Also getting shots on goal for the Golden Eagles were
Casey Harsch,
Lauren Barbour,
Jordan Bahr and
Jordan Daloisio off the bench. Clarion had 10 total shots with Barbour, Bahr and Rosenberg each recording two.
Clarion returns to action at 7 p.m. Wednesday when it hosts Lock Haven at Memorial Stadium.
