EAST STROUDSBURG – The Clarion University women's soccer team lost 1-0 to Bloomsburg in PSAC soccer action Saturday afternoon at East Stroudsburg.
 
Bloomsburg scored a goal in the first half, and Clarion, despite a couple of good chances in the second half, couldn't get on the board as it fell to 2-2 overall and 0-2 in the PSAC.
 
“We didn't play well in the first half,” Clarion head coach Rob Eaton said. “In the second half, we had a couple of good shots but couldn't capitalize on them. They were better than us in the first half, which was the difference in the game.”
 
The Golden Eagles had five shots on goal with 
Alyssa Liebdzinski and 
Laura Domena each having two shots and 
Autumn Rosenberg one. 
Laura Saussol made six saves for the Clarion.
 
Clarion returns to action Wednesday at Mercyhurst.
