The second extra-inning game in as many days for the Golden Eagles came out in their favor as Clarion scored in the top of the 10th inning to take the win against the Yellow Jackets in the second game of the day.  Tied at 2-2 entering the 10th, Josh Ponsoll reached base on a one-out single.  He scored the go-ahead run two batters later, coming around on an RBI double from Mason McGuire.  The Yellow Jackets threatened with runners on second and third in the bottom of the inning, but Kyle Armagost fanned Trayvis Patterson struck out to end the game.

Armagost pitched all 10 innings for the Golden Eagles, getting the complete game and the win.  He allowed six hits while striking out four and walking one.  He knuckled down in the stretch run, retiring the Yellow Jackets in order in the seventh, eighth and ninth innings.  Tyler Falk went 2-of-4 with a walk.  Delval scored the game-tying run in the ninth inning, starting with a one-out walk.  Mike Lockhart and John Finke each singled to load the bases, and Matt Kamenicky drew a free pass to plate Delval.  Finke recorded two hits in the win.
