Box Score CLARION, Pa. – Playing their first home match of the spring, the Clarion tennis team fell to IUP on Tuesday afternoon, dropping a 7-0 decision to the Crimson Hawks. The Golden Eagles (1-6, 0-2 PSAC West) will be back in action this weekend when they host Cal U.
The Crimson Hawks took the doubles point as well as all six singles matches, though the Golden Eagles put up a good fight.
Alivia Arnold pushed Katya Minchenkova in the second set of the No. 1 singles match, taking three games but ultimately falling 6-0, 6-3. She and
Vinisha Reddy also had the best performance in the doubles session, falling 6-2 to Minchenkova and Thais Andreotti.
